DeGeneres Show Wednesday, and while she didn’t directly ask the rapper about his relationship with Rihanna, she did intimate that the pair were more than just friends.
“You and Rihanna are only friends, just friends, and I know that,” she said knowingly while flashing a picture of Rihanna and Drake grinding during a concert performance of “Work.”
“That’s friendship at its finest,” Drake responded with a laugh.
The rapper also spoke about his experience hosting Saturday Night Live over the past weekend was one of his greatest challenges.
Drizzy said, “It is one of the most intense talent gauntlets I’ve ever been put through,” Drake said. “It was a lot of running around and I was out of breath.”
He added, “I had to sing ‘One Dance’ for the first time and I had to run from like one side of the studio to the other, and then they throw you on stage…It’s definitely a tough task.”
